Our Website
To leave a review on our website, please follow the below steps:
- On our website, locate the product you purchased.
- On the product page click the ‘Reviews’ tab.
- Choose the star rating you want to give.
- Describe the item and/or the service you received.
- Click submit.
To leave a review on our Facebook page, please follow the below steps:
- Sign in to Facebook.com and go to our Facebook Page (or search for Ashbrook Woodcraft). On the Facebook app, search for Ashbrook Woodcraft.
- Go to the Reviews tab.
- Click ‘Yes’ to recommend Ashbrook Woodcraft.
- Make sure your sharing preference is set to ‘Public’.
- Describe the item and/or the service you received. On the Facebook App you may upload a photo along with the review text.
- Choose tags related to your review (optional).
- Click Post.
Etsy
If you placed your order on our Etsy shop, please follow the below steps to leave a review:
- Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. On the Etsy app, sign in and tap You.
- Go to Purchases and reviews.
- Find our item you want to review.
- Choose the star rating you want to give next to Review this item.
- Describe the item and/or the service you received. If you’re on Etsy.com, there is a five-word minimum for your review. If you’re on the Etsy app, there is no word minimum.
- If you left a five-star review, you can upload an optional picture.
- On Etsy.com, select Post Your Review. On the Etsy app, tap Submit.
